There are many car rental companies in Menorca, many of which have been family run businesses for many years. They offer a great level of service, often offering the following:
Airport pickup and drop off, no credit card deposit required, no cancellation fees, extra drivers included, unlimited mileage, insurance included.
If booking in advance they can meet you in arrivals at the airport, holding a folder with their companies’ logo. The rental car will be a short distance away in the airport car park, where you will run through a check list and pay for the hire.
Alternatively, if already on holiday and wanting to a hire a car they will offer to deliver your car to your holiday destination.
Please note if you require a car seat please double-check whether they are included in the rental cost and the type they offer, it might be best to take your own. Airlines do not charge for car seats as it counts as one of the two essential items you can check in for a child.
Also, check your hire car is equipped with an emergency breakdown beacon – As of 1st January 2026, this flashing amber light replaces the red triangle to indicate you are broken down.
