Advice on passports requirements and entry into Menorca

Travelling to Menorca, check out the current password requirements to ensure you holiday runs smoothly.

The passport requirements for Menorca require your passport to be valid for your proposed duration. No additional period is required. For those British Citizens as stated in your passport a Visa is not required. Other types of nationality need to check with their nearest Spanish Embassy.

Passports take at least 3 weeks, longer if applying during holiday periods. You can however pay a premium if you need a passport urgently. A standard passport will cost you £72.50, however you can pay a small fee to the post office who offer a service to check the application has been filled out correctly.

If you need a passport quickly and within 3 weeks there is a service offered whereby you book an appointment at a passport customer service centre and you get your passport the same day or week. However a word of warning if it’s the holiday season these appointments get booked up quickly and you might find having to wait a week or more for an appointment. Passport customer services centre are in London, Liverpool, Peterborough, Glasgow, Newport, Belfast and Durham.
